Pictures for Thursday, May 7th will be held at Landen Park
For those of you who coached last year, the process is the same as last year. For those coaches who are new this year, the process is as follows:
Team pictures are held at Landen Park near the shelter across from field 6 starting Monday, May 4th.
Please click on the link below to take you to our Signup Genius webpage where you will be able to choose a date/time for your team's pictures
Please have your full team there 15 minutes before your scheduled time this will keep everyone's appointments running on time.
Please pick up the picture forms that have been placed in the Softball shed for you and distribute them to your parents ahead of time. Please have your parents fill them out before they arrive for pictures, this will also help keep things running on time.
If we have to move pictures inside due to weather, they will be held at either the JF Burns Gym or the Columbia Intermediate School Gym.
If the weather forecast the night before your team's pictures calls for rain the next day, you will receive an email around 11:30 PM from firstname.lastname@example.org letting you know that your pictures have been moved inside and which gym they've been moved to. It will then be your responsibility to notify your parents of the move.
